Almost time for holiday open house!!!!

Just a week away from our Holiday open house. Have been working so hard at preparing for this event. The store is totally rearranged. Have created a few awesome rooms that I cant wait for everyone to see. Im keeping it a secret until Nov 5th. My husband was able to get what I wanted done, bless his heart. Starting Sunday we will begin to transform our store into a winter wonderland. Sooooo many wonderful things to put out that have been waiting since early spring. Every year someone tells me that I have outdone myself on decorating, but I think that this year is gonna be my favorite. Promise that I will soon have some pics for all to see. I hope that you can plan on comming to our open house. And remember that we will be open on Thanksgiving, from 4 pm til 8 pm. Sooooo stay tuned for more later. Take care.

CHRISTMAS OPEN HOUSE DATES

HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THE NEXT OPEN HOUSE WILL BE FOR THE HOLIDAYS! SO MARK YOUR CALENDERS FOR THE FIRST WEEKEND IN NOVEMBER ON THE 5TH, 6TH, AND 7TH. WE WILL BE CLOSED OCTOBER 31ST THRU NOVEMBER 4TH TO PREPARE AND MAKE IT ALL HAPPEN. HAVE LOTS OF WONDERFUL FINDS FOR THE HOLIDAYS. HOPE YOU CAN MAKE IT! JUST THOUGHT I WOULD PUT A FESTIVE PIC HERE. THIS PICTURE WAS LAST YEARS. I WON FIRST PLACE (SEE BLUE RIBBON) IN LONE ROCK FOR A CHRISTMAS TREE DECORATING CONTEST FOR HISTORICAL SOCIETY. I WON SOME MONEY BUT DONATED IT BACK TO THEM. THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER TREES THAT I THOUGHT WERE ALL NICE TOO. HAVE A WONDERFUL OCTOBER. BLESSINGS!

Felt like Christmas in this old log home

Just wanted to share some pics of the old log home that will be on the Tour of Homes. This home has so much character. All decked out and ready for Christmas! It was the last home that I helped decorate, and so much fun. I did not want to leave. Hope you get the chance to see all the homes on the tour as well. I had the opportunity to take pics of this home so I did. Kenda and Scott put so much time, money, and labor into this home and it shows. Hope you enjoy the tour. And the bathroom is so neat. They made it seem that it had an outhouse(working toilet inside) and chix coop (walk in shower). Sooo coool.
